Job Overview

We are seeking proactive individuals to manage a portfolio of houses, ensuring they meet quality standards and provide an exceptional experience for tenants and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ownership: Take ownership of assigned houses and ensure they are well-maintained.
  2. Periodic Checks: Conduct regular checks to ensure houses meet Nestaway's quality standards.
  3. Tenant Retention: Implement strategies to minimize tenant move-outs and promote high tenant satisfaction.
  4. House Management: Utilize Nestaway's processes and tools to onboard new houses or offboard existing ones.
  5. Move-In & Move-Out Processes: Efficiently manage move-in and move-out processes for tenants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in property management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
