Design Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.
- Assist in creating and periodically updating the Design Playbook for CKPC's property portfolio.
- Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals.
- Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to GFC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for validating design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks. They will also support the implementation of SOPs and version control, flagging deviations and escalating unresolved design issues.
Reporting to the Head of Design, this role acts as the central engine driving design standardization, enabling faster rollout across CKPC's expansion strategy. The successful candidate will have strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include reviewing submissions for technical accuracy and alignment with approved plans, and working closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.
