Our company is a commercial real estate investment group based in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in acquiring, adding value, managing and selling CRE properties to maximize investor returns.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager with extensive Yardi expertise to make a significant impact on our residential and commercial real estate portfolio.The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent follow-up skills, and advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting and financial statements.They will also be able to coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects to enhance property value and tenant experience.We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can work collaboratively with our team to ensure data entry and quality while performing lease and license system financial calculations, entries, audits, and corrections.Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management in Yardi, as well as advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents.
