- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows within specialized software, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through meticulous adherence to guidelines and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certification in accounting principles preferred.
- Specialized Software Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with commercial real estate property management software in a similar setting.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
