Job Title:

Hospitality Asset Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and drive the operational performance of hotel and restaurant assets to maximize revenue.
  2. Lead budget finalization processes with operating partners, ensuring goals are embedded.
  3. Conduct periodical performance reviews versus budgets; analyze deviations and implement corrective actions.
  4. Analyze RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends to optimize ROI.
  5. Benchmark with industry data and STR reports to ensure competitiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at commercial developments.
  2. Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure optimal asset performance.
  3. Structure monetization strategies through leasing, joint ventures, or selective exits.
  4. Drive the development of land banks in key markets.
  5. Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
  6. Ensure timely execution and statutory approvals.
  7. Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments.
  8. Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms.
  9. Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with financial and brand objectives.
  10. Maintain MIS dashboards on asset performance.
  11. Support investment strategy papers and deal structuring.
  12. Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision making.
Requirements:
  • 8–15 years of relevant experience in hotel asset management, real estate development, or investment advisory.
  • Experience working with top-tier hotel brands/operators.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel P&L, lease structuring, CapEx ROI, and development cycles.
  • Exposure to heritage restoration, commercial leasing, and hospitality contracting.
