A key role in our organization is to educate potential customers about our services, handle questions and complaints, and enhance relationships between them. They may also give trial classes to potential students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with US Customers to explain our offerings.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure about the classes.
  • Get trained and take trial classes.
  • Manage client relationships, take feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Establish and expand relationships with Clients based in the US, UK.

Desired Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience with customer service and call centres in relevant job roles.
  • Pleasant personality for engaging conversations.
  • Good communication skills and active listening.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of US localization is desirable.
  • Understanding of US Accent is a plus.
