About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed service standards.

The role involves working under the supervision of a Team Leader and performing administrative tasks, including providing superior service to funds, members and key stakeholders meeting Service and quality standards.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Completing daily processing within required Service Standards;
  • Providing superior service to funds, employers and members by meeting Service and quality standards;
  • Processing and completing all operations administrative tasks;
  • Ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial and fund specific procedures to minimise any risk to the business;
  • Quality reviewing work to minimise rework of tasks and maintain high quality standards;
  • Ensuring the quality and productivity standards are met;
  • Completing all transactions across funds as required;
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries;
  • Completing adjustments and investigations as appropriate and as instructed;
  • Participating as a positive member of the team by co-operating with others to achieve the teams goals.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, a good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation, sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages, and previous administration skills data entry / high volume type role.

The personal attributes required for this role include good investigation and problem-solving abilities, customer focused with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes, and the ability to prioritise and time manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through, and possess a sound knowledge of technical and compliance issues, understanding the relevant policies and legislation.
