Customer Service Expert

At Transway Group, we're seeking a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to handle client interactions and resolve inquiries. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can provide end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via phone or email.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns.
  • Provide setup support for new accounts, documentation, and order processing.
  • Manage escalations and ensure proactive communication with customers.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on services offered.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations is beneficial.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
