HR Compliance Manager

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented HR compliance coordinator to manage onboarding and offboarding processes for US-based employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding of US-based employees and contractors, ensuring completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities in a timely and compliant manner.
- Background Verification Coordination: Work closely with background verification vendors and internal teams to ensure all screenings are completed accurately and within timelines.
- Compliance Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all compliance-related documents (e.g., I-9, E-Verify) are completed and stored per organizational and legal standards.
- MSP Portal Management: Navigate and maintain documentation via various MSP portals (e.g., Beeline), ensuring timely submission and status tracking of onboarding workflows.
- SOP & Process Documentation: Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
- Federal Compliance: Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
- Asset Return Tracking: Maintain trackers and coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets as part of the offboarding process.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, and candidates regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
- Audit Readiness Support: Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal audits.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in US staffing operations, HR coordination, or compliance support
- Hands-on experience with MSP portals is required
- Working knowledge of US federal employment regulations
- Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs or process documentation
- Familiarity with background check portals and onboarding processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner
