**Job Title:** Business Partner for Sustainable Growth

The role of a Business Partner for Sustainable Growth involves providing strategic HR support to business leaders, focusing on effective people management and impactful initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of business strategy and its implications on human resources.

  • Conducting exit interviews for departing employees and providing feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with business stakeholders to design and execute monthly and quarterly rewards and recognition programs that foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.


**Project Management:

Lead and manage HR projects aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation. Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
