Job Title: Talent Management and Development Expert

Talent management and development are critical functions in any organization, focusing on identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. As a Talent Management and Development Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organization has the necessary skills and capabilities to achieve its strategic objectives.

  • Recruitment coordination: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any bottlenecks or challenges.
  • Maintaining manpower records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date manpower records, supporting workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.

Talent Development

  • Training needs assessment: Identify training needs across the organization, working closely with leadership to design and implement relevant training programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Individual Development Plans (IDPs): Develop customized IDPs for employees, aligning their growth goals with organizational objectives.

Performance Management

  • Performance evaluation: Support performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting regular check-ins, and providing constructive feedback to drive employee growth and engagement.

Succession Planning

  • Competency matrix management: Collaborate with line managers to update and maintain the competency matrix, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

HR Data Analytics

  • HR data reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and performance data, generating insightful reports to inform business decisions.
  • HR metrics analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving data-driven decision making.

Employee Engagement

  • Employee feedback mechanisms: Design and implement employee feedback mechanisms, gathering insights to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Pulse surveys: Conduct pulse surveys to gauge the effectiveness of HR interventions and make data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in generalist HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resource Management or MSW.
