About Our Team

We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead and manage complex technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery. The manager will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Define project scope, goals, objectives, and timelines to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.
  • Oversee system integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and other technical components to ensure seamless integration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize potential impact.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks to meet organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
