Our Purpose Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200 countries and territories worldwide Together with our customers we re helping build a sustainable economy where everyone can prosper We support a wide range of digital payments choices making transactions secure simple smart and accessible Our technology and innovation partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people businesses and governments realize their greatest potential Title and Summary Senior Technical Program Manager Communication SDLC Technical Program Management SAFe Agile Technical Background Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and manage key initiatives at the domain level The ideal candidate will take on responsibilities of a SAFe Release Train Engineer RTE ensuring Agile best practices are followed and program execution is aligned with strategic goals This role requires strong leadership coordination and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of complex programs Key Responsibilities - Serve as the SAFe Release Train Engineer RTE for Agile Release Trains ARTs facilitating PI Planning Scrum of Scrums and Inspect Adapt workshops - Lead and manage key initiatives across multiple teams at the domain level - Coordinate with Product Management Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency - Monitor program execution and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams - Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams and Scrum Masters - Track and report on program metrics risks and dependencies Required Qualifications - Proven experience managing teams and initiatives at the domain level - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a SAFe Agile environment - Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe framework - Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Optional - Experience with Agile project management tools e g Jira Rally - Background in software development or technical program management Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets information and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and therefore it is expected that every person working for or on behalf of Mastercard is responsible for information security and must Abide by Mastercard s security policies and practices Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed Report any suspected information security violation or breach and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard s guidelines
