Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Technical Lead. The Senior Technical Lead will oversee day-to-day technical operations, lead and mentor the technical team, manage project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve company goals, and provide technical expertise to enhance product development. The role requires hands-on coding, code reviews, and guiding the team through technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Technical Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects
  • Software Development Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, and experience with software development methodologies
  • System Design & Architecture: Strong skills in designing and architecting scalable and efficient systems
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex issues
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the software development industry is a plus
