Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Lead specializing in the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep expertise in full-stack JavaScript development, microservices architecture, cloud deployment, and modern development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead, architect, and deliver complex full-stack applications using the MERN stack.

•Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

•Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and high-quality code reviews.

•Mentor and guide a team of developers; foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

•Drive technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.

•Work closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

•Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.

•Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews.

•Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure high availability and performance.

•Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full-stack development and recommend tools and technologies to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Skills & Requirements:

•Proven expertise in , , , and MongoDB.

•Strong experience building scalable, secure, and performant RESTful APIs.

•Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, Redux.

•Experience with database design, indexing, and performance tuning for MongoDB.

•Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.

•Strong knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

•Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scaling.

•Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

•Ability to break down complex problems and lead solution implementation.

•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
