About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and grow strategic client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of BFSI domain and proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account management, client engagement, and delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage portfolio of BFSI accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
  • Act as trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business and technology needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, solutions, marketing) to craft client-centric solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and SOW creation.
  • Monitor and ensure quality of service delivery, SLA adherence, and issue resolution.
  • Forecast revenue and manage P&L for assigned accounts.
  • Drive account planning, QBRs, and strategic initiatives with clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in BFSI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Services Sales/Account Management, with focus on BFSI sector.
  • Strong knowledge of BFSI processes, regulatory landscape, and technology ecosystems.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Ability to navigate complex client environments and engage with C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as Application Development, Cloud, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Tier-1 BFSI clients.
  • Exposure to global delivery models (onsite/offshore).
  • Understanding of FinTech trends and digital disruption in BFSI.
