Lead Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned leader to develop and execute strategies for our customer support function. This individual will drive the vision, build high-performing teams, and foster exceptional customer experiences through technical expertise, data-driven insights, and operational excellence.
This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS technology, APIs, SSO, integrations, and customer success principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, customer-centricity, and experience with support tools.
The successful applicant will be able to adapt to a flexible schedule to align with global customer needs. However, some flexibility is expected based on business requirements and team priorities.
Requirements:- 10–15 years of experience in technical support or customer success, including 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong SaaS and enterprise technology understanding
- Proven leadership, customer-first mindset, and experience with support tools
