Data Operations and IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a Data Operations and IT Support Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines IT support and data operations tasks, requiring approximately 20-25% of time spent on IT support (hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting) and the remaining 75-80% on data and operations support.
Main Responsibilities- Provide IT support — troubleshoot computers, email, software, and network issues.
- Upload stock and inventory files to external platforms/websites.
- Build and maintain commission reports for Finance.
- Clean and update CRM data (e.g., company types, account details).
- Manage company-wide updates (e.g., upload public holidays into calendars across countries).
- Support ongoing IT and operations projects (automation, reporting, data accuracy).
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Educational background in IT or Computer Science (B.Sc./BCA/MCA/B.Tech).
- Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, macros preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleaning.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.
