Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to execute account strategies and meet client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and monitoring account performance to analyze data and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring their voice is heard within the organization, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

Must Have
  • Negotiation Skills, Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building, Effective Communicator, Proactive.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.


Desirable
  • Previous experience in managing a team or leading projects.
  • Advanced degree or certifications related to account management or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, especially if working with international clients.
