We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Graduate candidates required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates with a strong background in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
