Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Associate to join our team at Bingage IT Labs Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for making cold calls, nurturing relationships with clients, and assisting the sales and marketing team in reaching out to potential customers via telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products/services and generate interest.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and probing questions.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their queries, providing information, and building rapport.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and relevant information in the database.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights during conversations to contribute to the improvement of products/services and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and contribute to achieving team goals.
  • Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the supervisor or team leader.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Prior experience of at least 1 year as a Telecaller or similar role.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and willing to work towards targets.
  • Good convincing skills along with friendly and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing workload efficiently.
  • Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to influence potential customers.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

  • A minimum salary of 12000 INR, which can go up to 24000 INR, depending on skills, experience, and performance in the interview.
