About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1+ year of customer support experience to take on the challenge of resolving complex issues and providing top-notch support to our customers. If you have a strong knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and patiently with customers via various channels, including tickets, email, and live chat.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to implement improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases and updates, and provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress (troubleshooting, debugging, database, plugins).
  • Hands-on experience with WooCommerce.
