Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service to students looking for accommodation near their universities.
This includes guiding them through the booking process, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and understanding students' unique requirements to offer personalized recommendations.
To succeed in this position, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills, and effective time management abilities.
You should also be proficient in CRM tools and have prior experience in telesales or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
- Lead Conversion:
- Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Market Expertise:
- Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools or similar software.
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate with at least 60% in academics.
