  • Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively address customer queries
  • Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Escalation Management: Coordinate customer issue escalation to higher management or other departments when necessary
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Compliance: Ensure customer interactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal guidelines
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay current on product changes and attend training sessions to enhance customer service skills

Requirements:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Relevant vocational training may also be preferred.

  • Candidate should possess strong customer service skills, including active listening and empathy
  • Several years of experience in a customer-facing role, with progressively increasing responsibilities
  • Effective leadership and supervisory skills are essential for guiding junior associates
