Executive Customer Care Professional Wanted

Job Description:
  • Manage customer care operations to ensure high-quality service and resolve complex issues.
  • Supervise a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and coaching for excellent customer service.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of customer care representatives, training and guiding them for excellent customer service.
  2. Customer Issue Resolution: Resolve complex customer issues and escalations that require senior-level intervention.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the customer care department, streamlining processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the customer care team, tracking key metrics such as customer satisfaction and response times.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.
