As a key member of the Business Operations Team, you will work closely with Senior Directors to serve as a liaison between stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project execution and develop a comprehensive understanding of client research needs through collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and localize research instruments to support project objectives by leveraging market insights and data analysis.
  • Train and brief data collection teams on fieldwork methodologies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies, and micro-level monitoring of data collection to gain valuable client insights.
  • Identify issues and provide timely, actionable solutions to data collection teams to drive success.
  • Analyze qualitative data and present insights to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Client Servicing:
  • Manage all communication with clients in a timely and effective manner to foster strong relationships.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the project life cycle to deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide relevant market information to clients to facilitate their understanding of local markets and enhance business decisions.
  • Proactively address issues and offer actionable solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Support clients during field visits and ensure a smooth experience through careful planning and coordination.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong inter-team management skills to drive collaboration and success.
  • Able to derive qualitative insights and construct compelling research reports that inform business decisions.
  • Willingsness to travel across regions for project management and client visits.
  • Experience servicing international clients is highly valued.
