Job Title: Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to handle customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from Shopify, and ensure excellent post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional and polite manner.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Process and manage customer orders via Shopify platform.
  • Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
  • Additional training in customer service is a plus.
