Job Title:
Business Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets, maintaining optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure prompt and professional services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and utilities, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
- Coordinate company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics, providing exceptional support to our teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems (physical & digital), ensuring easy access to important information.
- Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Supervise housekeeping and ensure the office environment is clean and professional, promoting a healthy and productive workspace.
- Support internal teams with logistics for events, trainings, or reviews, providing valuable assistance and expertise.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in working with finance, HR, or compliance teams is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office budgeting and vendor negotiations.
- Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
