Job Overview:
Accounts Voice Process ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to provide voice support for the corporate sector on Tally ERP, GST, and TDS provisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts and finance, with excellent communication skills.
- Provide comprehensive account-related information to customers in a timely and professional manner;
- Familiarize yourself with GST and TDS provisions to offer expert advice;
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is essential for effective communication;
- Able to work rotational shifts, including day and night shifts;
