Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a large team of professionals, optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and maintaining client satisfaction.

You will be expected to work on strict deadlines in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player. Your ability to lead, manage, and develop a team will be critical to your success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any stream
  • Relevant and meaningful years of experience working in US P&C insurance lifecycle - pre-placement, placement, and post-placement activities (such as endorsements processing, policy administration, policy checking, policy issuance, quoting, renewal prep, submissions, surplus lines, licensing, agency admin, inspections)
  • An Insurance Certification would be an edge
  • Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally
  • High customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent statistical knowledge
  • Highly motivated and achievement-oriented individual
  • Any Project or GB certification in previous experience would be an edge
