About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Admin to lead our facility operations. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities, including leasing, contracting, security, transport, budgeting, process management, housekeeping, compliance, space utilization, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and manage all facilities leases and acquisitions, developing a long-term leasing and space planning strategy.
  • Develop and deploy a comprehensive Facility Management Strategy, ensuring services enhancement, contract management, and consistent application of environment and safety rules.
  • Define norms for efficient space usage to increase utilization, optimize floor plans, and improve seating and collaboration.
  • Accountable for budgeting and periodic review on cost optimization and cost saving initiatives for all global offices.
  • Supervise staff facilities staff and external contractors, develop stakeholder management with key Senior Leaders, and communicate efficiently.
Requirements

We require 20+ years of experience in handling end-to-end admin and facilities in IT services industry, preferably with graduation in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field.

Candidates should have extensive portfolio management experience, ability to oversee strategy around a portfolio of significant scale and complexity, and proven experience as a leader in Administration and Facilities.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional strategic planning capability, comfortable with both outsourcing and insourcing of real estate services, procurement and negotiation skills, strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative management skills.

Salary Range

We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
