Job Overview:

HireBloc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Branch Director to oversee the operations and performance of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Expense Control: Monitor and control expenses within the branch to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Security and Safety Measures: Implement and maintain effective security and safety measures to protect employees and assets.
  • Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Customer Complaints and Operational Issues: Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other branches and departments to achieve overall company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Leadership and Decision-Making Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a solid understanding of financial management and analysis.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, with experience in staff management and development.
