We seek a visionary leader to drive our recruitment strategy and attract top talent across various disciplines.

This role will oversee the entire talent acquisition process, develop strong employer branding, and ensure we recruit the best candidates for technology, product, operations, and business functions.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to achieve high performance.
  • Design workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a compelling employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • Nurture strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
  • Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and hiring challenges.
  • Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.
