Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation and direct sales to drive business growth.
  • Develop new business accounts and meet sales targets through effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales skills.
  • Manage assigned projects through proper planning and execution, scheduling activities, and reporting follow-ups.
  • Prepare business strategy and revenue plans for the fiscal year and execute them to meet or exceed revenue objectives.
  • Drive commercial negotiations and ensure they align with company policies.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, vendors, and OEMs to resolve project-related queries and issues.
  • Map client requirements and provide best solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with the purchase, project, delivery, and logistics team.
  • Prepare and document sales reports for weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, and business and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales in gifting, interior designing, or trading companies.
  • Strong existing sales network.
  • Multi-lingual skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
