Program Manager Job Overview

This role oversees all Lines of Business (LoB) programs and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop program governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across LoB programs.
  • Establish reporting structures to track progress, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication through regular updates, clear agendas, and documented minutes.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible program documentation repositories.
Dashboards and Reporting:
  • Create LoB dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs, progress, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leads to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on LoB performance, status, risks, and issues.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and processing invoices.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for program team members.
  • Assist with financial reporting and presentation creation.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Office productivity tools and project management software.
  • Good blend of business acumen and technology expertise.
Performance Metrics:
  • On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of program deliverables completed by the planned due date.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Level of satisfaction among key stakeholders with the program's progress and outcome.
