We are seeking a Project Leader to oversee strategic and operational projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in pharmaceuticals, food technology, or a related field.

They will also possess a solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required. Professional-level English communication and reporting skills are essential.

Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Cordinate with vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as liaison between teams to ensure effective communication and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Manage project costs, track expenses, and optimize resource usage.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Create, revise, and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant standards.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall project flow.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills.
  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry.
