Business Development Manager

A key member of our team, the Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through effective management and maintenance of customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Growth and Financial Performance: Deliver high-volume results while maintaining a strong focus on financial performance.
  • Customer Focus: Possess in-depth knowledge of salaried and self-employed customers, ensuring tailored portfolio management strategies.
  • Team Efficiency: Monitor and manage active vs. inactive DSA's and productive vs. unproductive PPCs to optimize team efficiency.
  • Process/ Quality Improvement: Maintain a login-to-conversion ratio of 60% and minimize rejects due to non-adherence in document provision.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Must be currently employed as Sales/Relationship Manager.
  • Relevant experience in Micro LAP Sales is essential.
  • A strong local network with DSAs and connectors is highly valued.
