As a key member of our team, we are seeking an accomplished HR and Administrative professional to oversee both human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration, along with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & HR Operations
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensure seamless onboarding processes, and manage attendance and leave procedures.
- Administration & Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all workplace facilities.
- Manage administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
- Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, emails, and communication with professionalism.
- Maintain a welcoming and productive office environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresher/Intern with 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
