The Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Employee Experience Team. This team is focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility, Administrative, and Vendor Management:
- Ensure seamless office operations and a conducive work atmosphere.
- Manage facility resources, including F&B services, office interiors, and space utilisation, maintaining the highest standards.
- Maintain efficient budget management to maximise value.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely services and quality deliverables.
- Integration:
- Champion the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition between hiring managers, HR, and the new employee.
- Coordinate orientation logistics and facilitate the distribution of welcome materials.
- Employee ID & Access Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end employee ID administration process, ensuring secure access and timely updates.
- Streamline the inventory and quality check of IDs.
- Technological Integration:
- Stay up-to-date with HR technology systems and processes and collaborate closely with HR Shared Services to drive efficiency.
- Employee Engagement:
- Work with HR functions and leaders to create a work environment that fosters inclusivity and engagement.
- Spearhead local HR initiatives, including but not limited to employee engagement drives, recognition programs, and tailor-made projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to managers on creating an environment conducive to employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Data and Strategy:
- Analyse data to extract insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends to ensure ADA remains at the forefront of best practices in employee experience.
- Insurance Management:
- Lead the insurance renewal processes for local operations, encompassing medical and office insurance.
- Negotiate with insurance vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practice.
