The Opportunity
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to shape a scalable, secure, and flexible platform that adapts to evolving customer needs.

  • Deeply understand problems through research, data analysis, and customer conversations, working with the team to define solutions with a focus on reliability and extensibility.
  • Influence technical direction without writing code, translating business goals into strong platform capabilities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or developer-focused products in a SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems) and their impact on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Able to translate complex technical trade-offs into clear business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including creative thinking and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, including documentation and presentation of design ideas.
