Workplace Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure facilities and workplaces are functioning well, partnering with building management and in-house IT to maintain a well-maintained, clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
  • Lead and support the expansion of our workspace needs as we continue to grow, working with building management and advisors to deliver a high-quality experience.
  • Build a calendar of social, education, community, and vendor management initiatives to promote teamwork and employee engagement.

You will have solid working experience (8+ years) in a people-focused role such as workplace experience, employee engagement, office management, facilities, or hospitality events management. Key qualifications include:

  • Creating a great employee experience.
  • Consistently going the extra mile in your work.
  • Positive experience for the team.
  • Managing vendors to meet deadlines and stay within budget across different initiatives.

Experience supporting workplace expansions with familiarity on rent negotiations, building management relationships, and problem-solving is also required. Additionally, proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS is necessary, with BambooHR being a plus. A Bachelor's in Human Resources Management or relevant field is also required.
