Frido, a leading provider of innovative insole solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth across designated regions by implementing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.

• Expand our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

• Collaborate with the sales team to track sales performance, provide timely reporting, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Insoles, Orthotics, or OTC (over-the-counter) health product sectors.

2. Strong expertise in distribution models, including managing sales through distributors and ensuring broad product reach within the market.

3. Comprehensive understanding of retail and distribution channels for health and wellness products, with a focus on promoting sales through General Trade (GT).

4. Experience working with footwear stores, chemist/pharmacies, and sports equipment stores.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a performance-based bonus structure.
