Dealer Support Representative

AegisCovenant, a leading provider of Roadside Assistance, Vehicle Leasing, and Insurance Management services, seeks a skilled Dealer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pre- and post-sales support to our dealer network.

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience: 0-1 years in customer service, dealer support, or related roles (preferably in insurance or automotive)
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital platforms and CRM tools
- Positive Attitude: Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline
- Language proficiency: Must be fluent in Malayalam (mandatory), along with Malayalam fluency in Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage
