Senior HR Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Analytics Manager to lead our organization's HR analytics efforts. As a critical team member, you will provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.

About the Role
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure a systematic and transparent link between FTE, FTE movements, and compensation costs.
  • Analytics Support: Provide MI and analytics support to the HR function in areas such as people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics, and global delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize technology and analytical tools (R, Python) to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and cross-functional data, communicating findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Experience: Hands-on experience with HR databases and systems, designing and building workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting (employee life-cycle changes, headcount, organizational structures, diversity, learning, performance management).
  • Analytics Environment: Experience in an analytics environment, including MI and reporting, preferably within HR.
  • Financial Planning: Experience in financial planning regarding workforce costs (fixed pay, variable pay, benefits).
  • Statistical Models: Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plan & HR reports to drive meaningful business results.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Lead the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results, and report results of statistical analyses in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
