Role: Digital Marketing Director

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This key role involves driving online engagement, developing strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Develop and curate compelling content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating reports and providing insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand presence.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements in all activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their strengths.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and innovations in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with the beverage industry or passion for spirits is a plus.
