Key Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts.


Job Description:
  • To create and periodically update fact-based information for each micro market (MM) including overall MM potential, number of outlets, and sales potential of high-potential stores.
  • To outline growth opportunities for each MM based on current positioning of both brands and work closely with channel sales counterparts to operationalize and drive actions.
  • To follow the process for sourcing competition intelligence, track new product placement, ongoing customer/dealer schemes, trade margins, in-store visibility, product/price portfolio, etc. and provide inputs to sales and trade marketing teams for corrective actioning.
  • To identify key stores in each MM to target, including large and growing outlets, new outlets with strong traction, underperforming historically strong outlets, etc.
  • To closely track ROI for stores over time and highlight laggard outlets to the sales team.
  • To conduct retailer and consumer surveys/dipsticks every quarter to assess portfolio gaps across price points, thickness, material type, etc. and communicate key findings to NPD and sales teams.
  • To execute training modules for all levels on ways of working, creating standardized workplans, communication plans, etc.
  • To conduct periodic assessments/tests for sales teams/dealer sales teams and regional training workshops based on assessment results.
