Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Marketing professional to oversee the entire POS material flow for in-store activities, drive distribution for all input SKUs, and enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Ensure seamless execution of loyalty program guidelines and coordinate GTM and RTM-led initiatives for new product development.
  • Identify strategic stores, measure off-takes, and evaluate their performance to inform business decisions.
  • Organize micro-marketing activities in specific clusters and track their success or failure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in GT sales/channel development or trade marketing, with a focus on metro towns.
  • Experience in FMCG only, with expertise in managing and coordinating in-store activities, POSM management, vendor management, gift disbursement, and micro-marketing initiatives.
