Role & responsibilities

We are hiring a passionate Brand & Trade Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and execution across geographies and channels. The role demands ownership of the brand agenda, strong cross-functional coordination, and consistent delivery against marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans with clear growth pillars and execution roadmap.
  • Identify and lead innovation & renovation opportunities to maintain portfolio relevance.
  • Design and run consumer promotions, media campaigns, and retail activations.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and digital agencies to build strong brand assets across platforms.
  • Track competition, market trends, and category insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Liaise with sales, supply chain, and other teams to ensure timely and effective rollouts.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4-6 years in FMCG marketing, with at least 3 years in core brand management.
  • Experience in Modern Trade, E-Commerce, and Traditional Trade preferred.
  • Prior work in cleaners, shoe care, personal care, or mass market categories desirable.
  • Strong analytical thinking, executional rigor, and creative judgement.
  • High energy, self-driven, and resilient professional with proven track record.
