
Trade Promotions Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of trade promotions strategies across various product categories, driving revenue growth and brand awareness. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade promotions plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance brand reputation.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making informed decisions to optimize trade promotions performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade promotions strategies.
- Manage and analyze trade claims data, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trade promotions, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade promotions, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with trade promotions management software and tools is highly desirable.
