Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, TPM


We are looking for skilled professionals who would be responsible for validating Trade deductions and contributing to the overall deduction balance target given by our Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in handling Trade Promotion Management with a focus on deduction analysis.
  • Establish strong relationships with Clients, Sales and Customers to drive business growth.
  • Develop pre and post event analysis of Trade promotion activities to determine areas for improvement and increase profit.
  • Validate Trade deductions and create/modifying Promotions and rebates to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with staff to discuss issues, coordinate activities or resolve problems and take corrective action to tackle interpersonal challenges.
  • Contribute to maintaining overall deductions balance targets set by the Organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA or any relevant qualification.
  • Relevant experience in deductions and claims process.
Behavioral Skills:
  • Understanding of Deductions management principles.
  • Strong accounting skills including Budgeting, Forecasting and Reconciliations.
  • TPM knowledge to validate claims effectively.
  • SAP Knowledge to leverage systems for maximum impact.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive results.
